History
2006
  • Kyle Martin responds to the Lord’s prompting to fast, drive around Dallas, TX, and pray for the city.
  • Maya Martin, Kyle and Laura’s oldest child, is diagnosed with Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) and begins treatment (http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/mayajoy).

2007
  • Kyle Martin and a team of believers hosted the Dallas Revival, a 40-day tent revival in Dallas, TX (www.dallasrevival.org).
  • Maya is healed of LCH.

2008
  • The Dallas team traveled to New Mexico to host REVIVE Santa Fe, a 7-day worship gathering (www.revivesantafe.com).
  • A local radio station manager in Santa Fe, Dewey Moede, asks Kyle to consider broadcasting a weekly sermon on the radio.

2009
  • Dewey asks Kyle to add an additional program. This program would have an interview format.
  • Six months later, Dewey asks Kyle to transition to a daily radio program. Realizing the time a daily radio program would require, Kyle approached the elders at Dallas Bible Church, where he served as Associate Pastor, and they realized it was time…for Time to Revive…to be launched.
  • Time to Revive responds to a call to awaken the valley (www.awakenthevalley.com). This would be accomplished through discipleship training and a 7-day worship gathering set in the beautiful red rock landscape of Sedona, Arizona.

2010
  • During the awaken the valley experience, Kyle and the team realized that discipleship is the result of personal revival; therefore, the thrust of Time to Revive is born: Time to Revive encourages believers to embrace their relationship with Jesus Christ and to apply the truth that transforms lives.
  • Kyle and Laura and the Time to Revive jump into seeking revival full-time.
