Ann Quest

Board Member Treasurer

Ann has faithfully served on the board of Time to Revive since 2010. In 2007, as the coordinator for the Dallas National Day of Prayer event, God impressed Ann that the event would be held in a completely different venue.  Not too long after, Kyle Lance Martin, who was hosting the 40-Day Tent Revival in Dallas, contacted her. It was a clear instance of God’s direction and provision when Kyle offered the tent as the site for the Dallas NDP event. Later, when Kyle formed a board for Time to Revive, he invited Ann to become a member. As a converted lifetime churchgoer, Ann welcomed the opportunity to be involved with TTR and lead other churchgoers to the Lord. She has been blessed with the opportunity to travel with TTR and help lead those who know about Christ into a personal relationship with Him.

Organizing prayer initiatives, networking praying believers, and mobilizing people of prayer have been the central theme of Ann’s life for over 30 years. Ann is passionate about bringing unity, restoration, and reconciliation across cultural and faith lines for the glory of God and good of the local community and nation. In 1992, Ann started as the first Dallas National Day Prayer Coordinator, North TX NDP CO, and then TEXAS STATE CO. until 2011.  This opportunity grew out of her involvement with The Dallas Prayer Ministry. She also worked with The Global Day of Prayer Committee and Luis Palau Committee for the Dallas Events.

Being a prayer leader led her also into her interest in the political arena, where she serves Dallas Eagle Forum Board as PAC Chairman.  She is also a member of Park Cities Republic Women’s Club; Golden Corridor; Park Cities/Preston Hollow Leadership Council; a member of the 1836 PAC, a TX focused PAC; as well as a past precinct chair with her husband, Bill.  Ann was chosen by the Dallas Republican Party Committees to serve on the Senatorial Platform, Resolutions, Nominating Committee, and 2010 Prayer Chair for the TX Republican Convention.

Other local, state, and national boards of interest have been The Baylor Healthcare Board; Local Regent for Frank Gaffney’s Center for Security Policy; The Greater Dallas Prayer Ministry President/Chair of Board; Event Chair for the DPM when John Perkins of the Christian Community Development Association was speaker about reconciliation in our community; Dallas Baptist University Russell Perry Award Chair; Women in Christian Media Board; past involvement with Point of View Talk Show; The Late E.K. Bailey Ministry Board; The Esther Call, a statewide event to draw attention to the 40th Anniversary of Roe v. Wade; Board of Waymakers, authors of the annual 40 Day Seek God for the City; The DBU Women’s Auxiliary; Life member of Council for Life; The Dallas Woman’s Club,  The Marianne Scruggs Garden Club; and, a ten year member of the Council for National Policy, and others.

Ann is a Kentucky native but her family adopted Texas when her husband, Bill, accepted a business opportunity in Dallas over 35 years ago. Together, Ann and Bill presently serve on the WashMOP Board, birthed by Dan and JoAnn Cummins from East TX. They are members of Park Cities Baptist Church in Dallas. Their three children are now married and have blessed them with two grandchildren.
