Chris and her husband were invited by a fellow youth leader to attend a reviveMINNESOTA equipping weekend in Mountain Lake, MN. Shortly after, her entire family participated in the April 2019 outreach. Chris was in awe of how TTR put the Great Commission into action. She loved how ordinary people were equipped to allow the Holy Spirit to be activated to work in them and through them to share the Gospel and do extraordinary things to further God's Kingdom. TTR taught Chris to trust more in the Spirit and to recognize God's voice in her life. During the outreach week, the Lord clarified a dream He had given Chris back in college. She knew He had been preparing her to use her gifts, her talents and her experience to serve with the TTR team.

Chris lives in Windom, MN, with her husband, Joel, and their four kids: Ethan, Eli, Isaac and Ave. She has been in the graphic design/communication field for over 20 years with professional expertise in branding development, communication and project/workflow management. Chris owns her own freelance business. She and Joel are also youth leaders at their local church. Chris loves anything old and vintage. She enjoys junking, refurbishing antiques and upcycling. She and her family enjoy camping, hiking, kayaking and anything outdoors.
