Troy was first introduced to Time to Revive (TTR) at his local church in Glen Rose, Texas. In February 2022, he volunteered at reviveTEXAS :: Laredo and fell in love with the heart and vision of Time to Revive. As he walked alongside like-minded brothers and sisters with a servant’s heart for Jesus, he experienced the ministry’s love for Christ and desire to reach the lost. This challenged and inspired Troy to seek the Lord’s will for his role with Time to Revive. A short time later, he answered the call with a, “yes.”
Troy is married to Rhonda and has three grown children. His education is in power plant maintenance and operations, which led him to work at a small power generation plant in Granbury, Texas. Having been in the industry for 30 years, he’s leaving behind the comfort, familiarity, and what he always considered to be security for the sake of full-time ministry.
He enjoys teaching and encouraging others, traveling with his wife, spending time with the family (including their 3 dogs), and reading. Did you know that in 1992, he served aboard the USS Ranger in the Persian Gulf on her final cruise before decommissioning?
